Which harness size fits your dog?
Move the slider to your dog's weight, or tap a breed, for a starting size from our harness chart. Then check the chest measurement on the product page before ordering.
–
Weight is a starting point. Chest girth decides the fit: measure just behind the front legs. Charts vary slightly between models.

Why BigDog
Standard kit isn't sized for a 40 kg dog
Large dogs move through the world with momentum. Longer legs, heavier chests, stronger shoulders. Every collection here is built around daily life with big dogs, from calm time at home to controlled walks, feeding routines and shared travel.
BigDog Accessories is a small independent shop run from Belgium, delivering to customers across the United Kingdom.
- Size charts for neck, chest and weight on harnesses and collars
- Delivered across the UK, usually 5–7 working days after dispatch
- 30 days to return unused items
- Real answers by email, within 24–48 hours

How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive 5–7 working days after dispatch. Delivery is free on orders of £50 or more; below that, standard delivery is £3.95. You'll receive tracking details by email where available.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return of unused items in their original packaging. If you simply change your mind, return postage is paid by you; if an item is faulty or wrong, we cover it. Personalised items can only be returned if faulty. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
How do I choose the right size?
Use the size chart on each product page and measure your dog rather than relying on breed alone: chest girth just behind the front legs for harnesses, and neck circumference for collars (allow two fingers of space). If you're between sizes, email us and we'll help.
Where are you based?
BigDog Accessories is operated by FREDABAY, a company registered in Belgium (Zottegem). We sell online to customers in the United Kingdom and ship orders through our logistics partners.
Will I pay any extra customs or duties?
The total you pay is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. If any additional duties or fees were to apply under local rules, we inform you at checkout where possible.
How can I contact you?
Email support@bigdogaccessories.co.uk or use our contact form. We reply within 24–48 hours, Monday to Saturday.
