BigDog Accessories specialises in accessories for large dogs and huskies. We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately and to keep stock information up to date. However:

• All products are offered subject to availability; and
• We may limit quantities or withdraw products without prior notice.

5. Prices and Currency

All prices displayed on the Website are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include applicable taxes where required, unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs, if any, are indicated separately before you confirm your order.

We offer free standard delivery on orders of £50 or more (after discounts and before any delivery charges), subject to the conditions described on our Shipping & Returns page. We may update our prices or delivery thresholds at any time; such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

6. Ordering Process

To place an order, you must:

• Select your products and add them to your basket;
• Proceed to checkout and provide the requested information (delivery address, contact details, etc.);
• Confirm your delivery method and total price; and
• Complete payment using one of the available payment methods.

Before confirming your order, you will have the opportunity to review and correct any input errors. Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email does not yet constitute acceptance of your order.

7. Formation of the Contract

The contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email stating that your order has been accepted and is being processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in particular if:

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full using the same means of payment where possible.

We deliver to the territories indicated on the Website at checkout (including customers based in the United Kingdom, subject to the options available). Estimated delivery times and available shipping options are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on the destination and chosen service.

We offer free standard delivery on orders of £50 or more. For orders below this amount, a delivery charge may apply; the amount will be shown before you confirm your order.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. Please check your parcel on arrival and notify us as soon as reasonably possible if it appears damaged, incomplete or incorrect.

10. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

As a consumer, you generally have a legal right to cancel certain distance contracts within a specified period, subject to applicable consumer law. In addition, BigDog Accessories offers a 30-day “satisfied or refunded” policy for most products purchased via the Website, starting from the date you receive your order, subject to the conditions set out on our dedicated Shipping & Returns page.

In summary:

• You must handle products with reasonable care while they are in your possession;
• To request a return or refund, you should contact us at support@bigdogaccessories.co.uk with your order number;
• Certain items may not be returnable for hygiene or safety reasons once opened or used (for example, grooming tools that have been used). Any such restrictions will be indicated where applicable;
• Refunds are generally made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, once we have received and inspected the returned items.
