Delivery & returns
Delivery: free on UK orders of £50 or more, otherwise £3.95. Most orders arrive 5–7 working days after dispatch, with tracking where available.
Returns: 30 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns; we cover it for faulty or incorrect items. Personalised items can only be returned if faulty.
