Refund & Returns Policy

We want you and your dog to be completely happy with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll sort it promptly.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return any item for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Return

Email us at support@bigdogaccessories.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once processed.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalised or custom-engraved items (unless faulty)
• Items that have been used, washed or soiled
• Items marked as final sale
